Our phone systems have changed

CP Rochester has installed a new Voice Over IP (Internet Protocol) phone system. There are many features on the new system which will enhance our ability to answer and route calls efficiently and allow our callers to access their contacts more easily.
As with anything new it will take a little time to become accustomed to the new system. For example all of our extension numbers have changed but by accessing our directory you will be able to find your party’s new extension number with ease.
Thank you for your patience as we all become more familiar with our upgraded system.
