CP Rochester opened their Transitional Apartments late 2020. This 7-unit building houses individuals transitioning from their family homes to independent living. The living experience will offer individuals access to staff around the clock. The small, secured apartment setting will allow tenants to learn the skills necessary to be successful in an apartment while reducing risks, such as locking doors, checking visitors’ identity, learning to protect personal information and more. Tenants will bond with others who are going through similar experiences. View our virtual ribbon cutting event HERE.
